How WordSnap Works
1. One Word. One Day. One Shot at Glory.
Every day, WordSnap selects a brand-new five-letter word from our massive word pool. You’ll never see the same word twice… at least, not until we’ve used them all.
2. Your Mission: Six Guesses or Bust
You’ve got six chances to crack the mystery word. Each guess must be a real five-letter word — no nonsense allowed.
3. Colour-Coded Clues
After each guess, you’ll get feedback:
- 🟩 Green – Correct letter, correct spot.
- 🟨 Yellow – Correct letter, wrong spot.
- ⬛ Grey – Letter’s not in the word at all.
4. No Account Needed
Just play — no registration, no fuss. Your progress is saved in your browser, so you can leave and return later the same day.
5. Share the Bragging Rights
Once you solve it (or crash and burn), you can share your result as a neat little coloured grid with friends or on social media — no spoilers, just your performance.
6. New Word Every Midnight
When the clock strikes midnight, a new word appears, and the old one vanishes into the history books.
